How Do I Place A Order?​

To place an order, click on shop category or subcategories and add products to your cart and check out. For large orders, please contact us directly at (202) 262-7044 or email customsbydonyelle@yahoo.com. Custom orders, please email us with your order request to include design/idea, color, size and quantity, date needed and quote will be emailed to you within 48 hours. For rush custom orders, a rush fee will be applied to the quote.

Payment & Shipping

Payments must be made via the website www.customsbydonyelle.com

  • Free shipping on all products.
  • ALL custom orders, please allow 7-14 business days.
  • Large bulk of orders must have at least 2 weeks or more notice.
  • Rush order fee will be applied for any orders less then 7 days' notice provide for the needed date.
  • Orders are I’ll be shipped from USPS or UPS depending on which is the best.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Currently, take payments via the website payment system (accept all major credit cards) and PayPal. Only accept Zelle payments for design artwork.  If you request us to design artwork, we request a nonrefundable $10 fee that will be applied to your balance of your custom order.  We allow 3 revisions, if you decided you no longer want us to proceed the $10 will not be refunded and will be payment for the time spent to create your artwork.  No exceptions.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All products are handmade personally by the owner.  Our products are not mass produced and are made in house. Our items are custom made to the customers specifications and can't be sold to another customer.

Currently, we do not offer refunds. We are only accepting refunds on items that have an error made by the owner.  Once the customer approves the product mock-up, no modifications will be accepted after the fact. If the customer approves a mock-up with a mistake, we will not honor a refund. If you would like a correction after the fact, you will have to pay additional fee for the correction. Please make sure that everything is to your liking and correct before approving. Once the order is in progress no modifications will be allowed. This policy will be enforced.

​Special custom orders will be allowed three mock-up designs and final approval is required before work is started.  We will only accept responsibility for quality and defects, we are not responsible for mistakes on final approved mock-up by the customer. If products quality is in question, please notify us within 24-48 hours with pictures of the issues. Once pictures are reviewed and we feel it's our fault, a refund will be issued. Anything reported after 48 hours, a partial refund will be given, or a discount will be offered for future order.
