How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, simply browse our shop categories and add items to your cart. For large or custom orders, please contact us directly:

For custom orders, email us with the following details:
• Design or idea
• Color, size, and quantity
• Date needed
We will send you a quote within 48 hours.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our website. For custom artwork, we accept Zelle payments with a $10 non-refundable fee, which will be applied to your final order balance. This fee includes up to three revisions. If you choose not to proceed after we start design work, this fee is retained as compensation for our time.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Each product is handmade and customized to your specifications, making them unique and unable to be resold. Because of this, we currently do not offer refunds, except in the event of an error on our part.
• Mock-Up Approval: Once you approve the product mock-up, no changes can be made. Be sure everything is correct before approving.
• Errors on Our Part: If there is a quality issue or mistake on our end, please notify us within 24-48 hours with photos of the issue. If we determine it was our error, a refund will be issued. Reports after 48 hours may be eligible for a partial refund or discount on a future order.
• Corrections After Approval: If a correction is requested after mock-up approval, additional fees may apply.
Custom Artwork Policy
Custom orders include three mock-up designs. Final approval is required before production begins. We are not responsible for errors on a mock-up that has been approved by the customer.
