What Is a Patch Party?
A Patch Party is a unique DIY experience where creativity, fashion, and fun come together. Host your event at your home or venue of choice and enjoy an unforgettable experience designing your own custom fashion piece with your girlfriends, family, coworkers, or group.
This is more than just adding patches — this experience is designed to bring out the designer in YOU.
Guests can customize:

- Baseball Caps
- Junk Socks
- Junk Ties
During your party, we’ll teach guests how to:
- Create a patch layout
- Design with balance and creativity
- Cut and distress denim (when applicable)
- Add embellishments and finishing touches
- Create a wearable statement piece that reflects your personality and style
Unlike a typical paint-and-sip where the canvas gets stored away, your creation becomes something you can proudly wear, style, and show off everywhere you go.

Patch Jacket Party (BYOJ – Bring Your Own Jacket)
- Starting at $85 per person
- Guests must provide their own denim or camouflage jacket

Each party selects ONE main theme/design concept.

Theme Guidelines
- 1 theme per party
- Themes include available patch designs for that month
- Color selections cannot exceed 3 colors per party (based on availability)
Custom Theme Requests
Custom themes are welcome.
A $50 custom design fee applies to the party host only for:
- Weddings
- Organizations
- Business branding
- Specialty/custom requests
Guests wanting a completely different theme from the selected party theme will incur an additional $25 customization fee per person.

Depending on the selected project, guests may choose:
- Cropped styles
- Vest styles
- High-low cuts
- Distressing
- Embellishments
- Chains & charms
- Creative patch layouts
- Mixed fabric and layered designs
Party Details
- Parties are approximately 2 hours
- Events begin promptly at the scheduled time
- Late arrivals may miss portions of the instruction
- Food, drinks, music, and décor are provided by the host unless otherwise discussed

Party Minimum
- Minimum of 6 guests required for all party bookings
📌 Booking & Payment Details:
– A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date
– The retainer covers:
• Date reservation/calendar hold
• Event planning & coordination
• Material sourcing & preparation
• Patch curation for your selected theme
• Custom patch assortment preparation for your group
• Inventory reservation (bags, caps, embellishments, etc.)
• Administrative time
• Travel coordination & event preparation
– Guests will register and pay individually through the website
– Once 10 or more guests have registered and paid, the host will receive their experience FREE as the host perk
– Due to the custom nature of the event and preparation involved, retainers are non-refundable
– Final guest count must be confirmed prior to the event
