Guests create a custom cap using patches and embellishments.

BAG PARTY
Starting at $100 per guest

Bags are included.

Guests may choose from the available bag styles offered for your event.

BYO JACKET/BLAZER PARTY
Starting at $85 per guest

Guests bring their own jacket or blazer and customize it using patches and embellishments.

• Standard patch package for each guest
• Hands-on design assistance
• Patch placement and layout guidance
• Use of tools and heat press
• Step-by-step instruction
• A fun, creative experience with your group

Additional patches, charms, chains, fabric, and premium embellishments are available for an additional charge.

PARTY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 paid guests
• Approximately 2 hours
• Host provides the venue/location
• One project category is selected for the entire party
• Bag Parties may include a mix of available bag styles
• Guest pricing ranges from $65–$100+ per person, depending on the selected project and upgrades

$200 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE

A $200 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your confirmed event date.

The booking fee covers:

• Date reservation
• Event planning and preparation
• Material and supply sourcing
• Patch assortment preparation
• Inventory reservation
• Creation of your private guest payment/registration link when needed
• Administrative preparation for your event

The $200 booking fee is separate from individual guest project payments.

Guests will register and pay for their individual projects through the private payment link provided for your event.

HOST PERK

Host 10 or more paid guests and your standard project is complimentary.

Your complimentary host project includes:

• Your blank project item
• Standard 7-patch package

Additional patches, charms, chains, fabric, and premium upgrades are not included in the complimentary host project.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Before submitting your $200 booking fee, please confirm the following with Customsbydonyelle:

• First, second, and third preferred event dates
• Party type
• Estimated number of guests
• City/area where the event will take place
• Email address for booking communication

Once your date and party details have been confirmed, you may complete your booking payment here.

Please do not submit the booking fee until your date has been confirmed.
